Positive: The location was great. Sligachan old bridge is righ there. Room is very confy for a family of four. The room had some cookies water and hotcoco for guest. Breakfast was really good.

Negative: Nothing. Everything was good

Positive: Our stay at the Sligachan Hotel on the Isle of Skye was excellent and made for a perfect base while exploring the Trotternish Peninsula. The location is truly ideal, set against a stunning backdrop of rugged mountains and within easy reach of some of Skye’s most iconic sights. It struck the perfect balance between convenience and that remote, atmospheric Highland feel. The hotel itself is full of character, with a rich sense of history that adds to the overall experience. Our room felt luxurious and thoughtfully appointed, offering a comfortable and relaxing retreat after long days of exploring. The restaurant was fantastic, and the in-room snacks were a really nice touch that didn’t go unnoticed. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and quality that set us up well for the day ahead. What really tied everything together was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, which made the stay feel even more special. If you’re visiting Skye and want a place that combines comfort, history, and an unbeatable location, Sligachan Hotel is an easy choice.

Positive: Great location, easy dinner access and the staff were all lovely. Cooked or cold breakfasts available and they were great with kids. No lifts for luggage. Sheep and lambs outside the window!
