Our cottage, we just bought it recently and gave a different good look to it. It’s small and cute cottage that we designed to give us peace and pleasure when we stay here. We decided to host guests on this place with Airbnb in an intention to bring guests who can respect, experience and have fun just like us without committing to own it thereby we can cover some of the expense to keep the cottage for our family.

Summary: Stayed here for two nights just to get away. Lovely little spot to relax in, great amenities and location (just 30 mins away from all the main towns and beaches). Hard to figure out where the access to the lake was, but the beaches were so close we just went there instead. You can tell the owners wanted to make this place a home away from home. It was lovely 😊 Definitely would recommend!

Summary: This was a lovely little property with very comfortable amenities and activities provided. It was a perfect quiet retreat for a couple wanting to get out of the city for a weekend getaway. Although it does not have direct lake access, it has lovely views and there are public beaches only a short drive away.

Summary: The dock being located a very short walk away was a bit of an inconvenience but the spot was nice. Never used the hot tub…was disgustingly dirty upon arrival. However host addressed right away and sent a cleaner the next day. It took 2 days for the water in the tub to heat back up and another day to clear. We decided not to use it. But it dod become very clean. All in all a nice place for the price and so easy to get to.

Summary: The cabin is cute and cozy, we enjoyed our stay, but wanted to leave a few notes for the owners/managers of the property to help them improve for future bookings. 1) kitchen missing essentials (eg. bbq spatula, tin foil, plastic wrap) 2) Metal trip on steps to living room loose with screw heads sticking up. Broken slats in some blinds. Blackout curtains in bedroom would be ideal. Dishracks all need to be cleaned and cookie sheet had to be scrubbed before I felt comfortable using it. 3) Keypad on entry door didn't work. Had to call owner who advised that I would have to get key from lockbox around the corner which was fine, except there is a hornet/wasp nest on the corner of the cottage that I had to walk around to get to the lockbox. I don't mean for any of this to be discouraging. It's a nice little spot with potential to be great with a bit of TLC and atttention to detail. 🙂

Summary: I had a nice rest from my busy life. I was disappointed that there wasn't a better view of the lake or that it wasn't clear which lake access was the one to use. A suggestion would be to leave instructions for the wood stove as to which way the drafts are open or closed. And a person of size will be very cramped in the bathroom. Hopefully the cottage association has the potholes filled soon because the road was horrendous.
