Our 54 square meters apartment is a little gem. It is located in a well maintained small complex off the main roads and is the ideal starting point for all sports and leisure activities: a variety of walking and hiking trails, bike trails, wonderful cross-country skiing, ski slopes of all skill levels are right on the doorstep. The world-famous ski jump, a large natural swimming pool and many rare natural beauty can be reached in a few minutes. The same applies to the town center Partenkirchen with all major shops, restaurants and bus stops.
All rooms of the apartment are lovely Alpine style. Furniture and equipment are new and of high quality.
The master bedroom has a 180x200 cm double bed and a wardrobe. The living room with stylish integrated kitchen is divided into two areas: a kitchen and dining area with corner-set as well as a cozy living area with sofa, cable TV and stunning view of nature. The bathroom has a sink, shower, tub and toilet. In the basement is a washing machine use is included.
The highlight of the apartment is the south terrace with covered patio and private 200 m² garden. From here you can enjoy every season a breathtaking mountain panorama!

Summary: A very clean and well appointed apartment. Everything that you needed was there. Some problem finding key. We’re older people with some mobility problems and seemed long walk to town etc. Grateful for travel tokens left for us.

Summary: Nina's place was very clean and spaceous with an excellent mountain view. It was nice to have a garage parking spot, laundry in the basement, and the ability to walk into town.

Summary: Well kept comfortable accommodation. Only two relatively minor concerns. - bedroom windows would benefit from blackout shades - internet requires logging in far to often. Owner should consider upgrading to comstant on service once credentials are established

Summary: Enjoyable week in Nina’s very modern apartment. Great location with a terrific view and easy to get around town (though not thru downtown road construction). Drivable to other major attractions. Very helpful owner. Would highly recommend her place

Summary: Stayed here in early August. The apartment is small but has everything you need a holiday home to offer. Amenities are great, bathroom (bath and shower) large, garden and seating available. Beds could have been a bit more firm, but overall great. The owner has a baby bed and high chair available. Indoor parking and washing machine are a great addition. Location close to the city centres and mountain paths. I would recommend it to every family with a baby or toddler. Peter, Netherlands

Summary: Excellent apartment within easy walking distance of many things to see and do. We spent the time in Garmisch hiking hut to hut within the many well marked trails in the surrounding forest. Nina the owner was very accomadating and even had our Garmisch cards printed and ready in the apartment upon arrival. We will definitely stay there again when we come back for a ski holiday.

Summary: This apartment is perfect in every way. Very clean and spacious, well equipped and convenient to everything- bus stops, supermarkets, train station. We had a car but didn't need to use it and it was secure in the parking garage. We got free local buses with our tourist card. The outdoor garden and dining area is a real plus. We didn't eat inside at all. Additionally, the owner Nina was very welcoming and certainly made us feel at home. Thank you Nina...our stay in GaPa was wonderful.
