Positive: Cottage was clean, comfortable, well equipped and a short walk to beach. Large back garden with plenty of seating.

Negative: We booked and paid for a Saturday to Saturday, but 2 weeks later Sykes rang us and told us that the cottage was not available on the Friday! So had to cut short our holiday by a day. It took a further 2 weeks and several phone calls/e-mails to obtain the refund
