Positive: Very good distance from the centre of CARPI city. Clean rooms, quiet location & amazing staff! More specifically SAMANTA from the reception desk! She was incredibly helpful with recommendations, directions to the places we wanted to visit and mostly with the booking of the table in the restaurant, ultra-last minute, for 11-people - which seems like a mission impossible, at the 1st glance, but ultimately she makes it DONE! I'm sure this was way beyond her pay-grade, so that's why we appreciate it even more. FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ & Samanta TE AMO :*
Negative: Italians sometimes park the cars in a way that you cannot move from the parking lot. But this is not the problem caused by the HOTEL. (just saying)
