Summary: Such a fabulous townhouse! Literally RIGHT NEXT to the pool! It was like having our own private pool! The house is very very clean, beds sooo comfortable! Linens were very nice and clean! Having an extra bathroom downstairs made this place such a delight for our pool goers! Garage access to the house in a gated community was such a sense of security. Fabulous neighbors and the house is exactly as described. Hosts were WONDERFUL to work with and beyond accommodating when we needed an extra day! We will stay here again and highly recommend! Also sooo close to everything you could need!

Summary: What can I say, the process from beginning to end was super easy. Our host JoAnn, was so nice and courteous. Anytime i had a question she responded. The day you check in she gives you instructions and they are step by step, to make it very simple. First of all the home is very clean. The home is nice has all the amenities you need. The home has 3 rooms upstairs and 2 full bathrooms and down stairs its the living room area with a sofabed and is very comfortable to sleep in and plus a half bath. I have nothing negative to say. I recommend the home. The only downfall was the grill. Our family wanted to grill outside so my kids ask the neighbor to let us borrow her large grill and she did. She was super nice. Once we got done with her grill, she asked for us to cleaned it and put it back where she had it. The place does have a small grill except it is electric(george foreman grill). We wanted Charcoal so thats why we asked the neighbor for the grill. As I said before, the home is great and you will not regret your stay, we loved it.
