Positive: Our apartment was just as it appeared in the pictures. Self check-in was easy to use and customer service were able to answer my questions easily through my preferred communications app. A small selection of basics are provided and woolies was not too far away by car. Appliances were modern ( except the aircon) and easy to use.
Negative: so many stairs...but this is QLD so it is expected.
Summary: Rocklea Apartment just like the internet said it would be.

Positive: 💖 Clean, Tidy and Pleasant 💖 Excellent location 💖 Easy to book and check in (check out a little issue with the lock not working) 💖 Surprisingly quiet considering the highway so close. Which made it super easy to get around 💖 Bed was extra comfortable 💖 Loved the access to a full kitchen 💖 Air-conditioned
Negative: Only some little things 🧡 The lock/latch on the bathroom didn't close (not so much of a worry on your own but if you have guests, it's not ideal) 🧡 Might be worth listing the washing machine and dryer being communal. 🧡 More toilet paper available. Ended up having to use tissues as only 1 roll in the apartment. 🧡 The shower arm doesn't seem to fit the holder so was difficult to keep in the holder and shower at the same time. 🧡 The lounge is in need of a good clean or replacement 🧡 Curtain was missing a vertical. Makes it a little less private.

Negative: Poor lighting. Showers are poor Luke warm shower. Could have been cleaned better. Dealing with someone overseas makes it harder to deal with. Having been charged twice for the accommodation.
