Summary: Niki & Richard are great hosts. Lovely atmosphere, relaxed and friendly. Food is wonderful. Its an old pub so rooms are eclectic in style but nice, clean and comfortable. Very dog friendly! We have stayed several times and absolutely love it.

Summary: I didn’t want to leave! They were amazing there. Staff were incredibly nice, and helpful when I had questions. I got to meet a few locals who welcomed me to their table and conversation. Everyone at the hotel made me feel welcome and like family. There is a nice pub that is a part of it. The food was great, and for vegetarians they had tasty options. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. I can’t wait to go back!

Summary: Lovely gem of a pub with great food, lovely ambience and super-friendly host and staff. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and spacious and at the price point was excellent value for money. Great stop-off point just a few minutes off the motorway. At the price point it is great value. Oh, and the delicious breakfast was carefully prepared and presented. I must sound like a relative or shareholder! 😊
