Your get away, with views of Smith Mountain Lake. Nice studio, home above a garage - on 2nd level, so your views are fantastic! Brand new apartment, never been lived in! Relax and enjoy! Home is within ten minutes of Westlake, for shopping, dining, etc. Fantastic views of SML! Smith Mountain County Park is 10 minutes away, for a beach area, fishing pier! Many marinas are close by that offer daily boat rentals, jet ski rentals for the joy of spending day on the lake, then come back to your retreat that overlooks the water!! WE DO NOT have a dock on site here, however we have beautiful views and are a couple minutes away from 3 marinas, for jet ski or boat rentals, boat ramp, and less than ten minutes away from 2 different fishing piers! Nice bed and breakfast!
