Positive: It was quiet and pretty surroundings. Cute little kitchenette was helpful for meals in room.

Negative: Too far off the main highway. Living area furniture was from the 1970’s. Pull out couch was very uncomfortable to use as a seat. Entry Door did not shut properly when using the deadbolt. Balcony door was very hard to open. FYI We stayed at the inn, not chalets.

Summary: Upgrades would go a long ways with this property.

Negative: The individuals who stayed We're unable to stay for the three complete nights. When asked for a refund, they were told because they paid cash, they were unable to be refunded for the next 2 evenings that they didn't stay.

Positive: The views are incredible. It's so nice to hike around the property. We stayed in a deluxe room, but we're going to come back and stay in a chalet.

Negative: It's not their fault, but the hot tub was broken and when we were looking for a place to take a short vacation, we were looking specifically for a place with an outdoor hot tub. So, that was extremely disappointing. But, we will be going back in the future with our extended family, so hopefully it will be fixed by then.

Positive: Great stay. Chalet was extremely comfortable and lots of space for 6 women. Lots of kitchen amenities, we were pleasantly surprised. Could have had more sugar. We took our own coffee but there wasn't much there. The wood and paper was damp and didn't keep the fire going very well the first night. Overall our stay was great! Disappointed we didn't get to use the hottub as another guest was in it for over 4 hours. May consider time limits in future so others can enjoy as well. 9/10 Thanks
