The Rock House is minutes away from some of St. Louis's most popular attractions: Ucity Loop, Busch Stadium, Scottrade Center, Wash U, and the new Soccer stadium. Absolutely no parties or events allowed. $500 fee for unauthorized party or event, $500 fee for smoking indoors, $ 500 fee for unauthorized animal. 24hr security cameras throughout the exterior of the house. 8 person max allowed on the premises. A neighborhood park, including a playground for kids to play, and a covered area, is directly across the street. It's perfect for families, small groups, traveling nurses! Lambert Airport is just minutes away. Feels just like home! Ideal for 6 adults and 2 kids. Baby bed available by request.
Located in safe, friendly, and diverse neighborhood, this home's Master bedroom houses a queen bed, walk-in closet, and an office area with a desk and chair. The 2nd bedroom has a double daybed a twin bed on the top and bottom, a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a full bed below. The living room also contains a full sized sofa bed and every room has TVs excluding the bathrooms and kitchen. The full kitchen includes a dining table, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, dishes, cups and other items that you may need. Bottled water and snacks will always be left for guests. Two work areas, both with desk and chair.
Guests will have complete access and use of the entire home 24 hours a day during their reservation. You can come and go as you like with keyless smart lock entry. Off street parking right next to the house, with 3 parking spaces.

Summary: The place is set up nice and the listing says up to 8 people can stay. It’s a little tiny for 8 ppl. Some of my guests ended up leaving because there wasn’t enough sleeping space. It’s big enough for 4-5 ppl max. I got a message that said check out was before 11, but when I booked the listing stated it was at 11. Immediately after the first email I received another at 11:01 I got another message from Franklin, that the property must be evacuated immediately!! Now bc a housekeeping had arrived. The tone & message was petty, rude & very unnecessary. I could see if a 1/2 hour had passed! We weren’t trying to live there, LOL, sheesh we were simply just gathering things and making sure we didn’t leave anything, and also tidying up a bit bc we didn’t want to leave the place a mess! We’ve stayed at plenty properties and never been rushed out within a minute or told that the check out was sooner after it’s already been noted. I’ll never book this place again!

Summary: First I want to say thank you Franklin for allowing me in my guests to use your property thanks for stopping the fridge major plus snacks and chips etc me and my guys had a nice weekend even though it was raining but we still had a good time thanks again I recommend to everybody else.
