1 Bedroom Apartment in Snells Beach

Private guest suite at the rear of the owners home with off street parking. Nestled in a quiet cul de sac, 30 steps down to the Pohuketawa laden beach.
Bedroom equipped with comfortable King size bed and wardrobe, access to small deck in a bush setting.
Lounge furnished, sliding door to small private outdoor setting with BBQ.
Kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, hotplate and electric frying pan etc.
We have an air fryer, slow cooker and bread making machine and happy if you want to use.
New refurbished bathroom with basin, shower and toilet. Towels provided.
The whole suite has new carpet and hardflooring.
1 minute walk down to beach and 15 minute walk to Cafe and nearby shops.
There is currently no supermarket in Snells Beach but a well equipped food store and great Dairy. You might want to get your groceries in Warkworth (New World or Countdown) before heading out to Snells.
Surrounded by beautiful beaches and Regional Parks within half hour drive.
If you bring a child (as a 3rd guest) please let us know before you book. In bedroom is only a king size bed.
We love dogs, but only by prior approval due to our 2 cats.

Summary: The location was absolutely beautiful and Anette and her husband were so helpful with finding things to do around snells Beach! For it being my first trip to New Zealand I couldn't have asked for better hosts!

Summary: An excellent apartment at the back of the house in a quiet little street. A short walk down a pathway to the beachfront. Comfortable bed, separate lounge, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. All well appointed with everything you could need. Great value. Lovely hosts.

Summary: We stayed here for a second time ...for almost 2 weeks. That speaks to our satisfaction. It is well fitted out and had everything we could want. The full size fridge suited us very well, and there was lots of storage space for our food and clothing. We like being able to walk down the pathway directly to the beach and along it for a coffee and a check of the kuaka (Godwits). The hosts are friendly, warm and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Summary: I stayed at this bach for ten days, and found it very enjoyable, being in the ideal position for me, spotlessly clean, and operated by a couple who made my stay a pleasure. Their hospitality was excellent, as was the property. I will have no reservations about staying again, or reccommending it to friends.

Summary: Such lovely hosts! Very helpful, kind, thoughtful and genuinely lovely people. Location was fantastic - such a beautiful spot. The room was a little damp as we stayed in winter and we had a few rainy days - would have been perfect to have a dehumidifier to pop on for an hour or so in the morning and before bed. Still had a comfortable stay in a lovely place.
