Your family will have a great time in this 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1 ¾-bath townhouse style condo. The main floor features a galley style kitchen, an ample size living/dining area equipped with a hide-a-bed, a Lopi fireplace surrounded by a brick enclosure (firewood Not provided), a walk-out balcony where you can hear the Nooksack River running by, plus one bedroom with a full + twin bunk, and a cedar lined ¾-bath. Ascending the staircase to the top floor brings you to a wood lined loft bedroom reminiscent of a cabin with 1-queensized bed, plus a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer, and one full bath. This tastefully decorated, wifi equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep 4 to 6-persons (Enforced Maximum Occupancy!).

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings withtwo heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center.There is a lounge area with free wifi, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have bbq/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! Summer Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. Winter Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!
