It is located just off the I-10 in the Continental Ranch Community and is less than 2 miles from Tucson Premium Outlet and much more! This home has a comfy living room to relax after a long day, plenty of seating for dining and game night with family and friends. There are kid friendly books and games for all ages to use! The home comes equipped with a baby booster seat and pack and play for the little ones.
Dine outdoors on the patio, drink a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the Tucson mountains and Sanctuary Cove in the backyard, turn on the firepit on chilly nights and utilize the grill for outdoor cooking and enjoyment. This home prides itself on appealing to all ages and families as it's sure to have something for everyone! Again, a Super Sized living room for the family. The great room concept kitchen and has everything you need for a perfect meal at home or prep for a BBQ outdoors, a breakfast bar and eat in kitchen. Also there is more formal dining for 6. It is 20 minutes from the Tucson International Airport, 1.5 hours from Phoenix Sky Harbor, 20 minutes to Downtown Tucson, Historic 4th Avenue and University of Arizona.
