Private waterfront with dock on Conway Lake. Hot tub for 8 outside, sauna & wood fireplace inside. King w/ensuite bath on 1st floor. Upstairs: 2 queen/2 twin XL bunks and the other has queen w/twin trundle. Basement bedroom has queen with a twin/twin trundle. TV in every room, Nintendo Switch w/Mariokart & kitchen fully equipped. Firepit seating overlooking the lake and an outdoor shower.
Ask us about the 17’ Boston Whaler we also rent out for cruising around with additional fee and agreement. A canoe, 2 paddle boards, 4 kayaks, a paddle boat, fishing rods, volleyball, badminton, croquet, cornhole, spikeball, giant jenga and bocce are included with the house for summertime lake fun. 5 mins from Saco lazy river tube landing. 10 mins to shopping, restaurants, Cathedral Ledge & Diana's Baths. Storyland 20 mins and Santa’s Village ~1hr. Public pickleball courts, Conway Lake beach & hiking less than 2 minutes away. Attitash Cranmore King Pine Tuckermans and Wildcat are all about 30mins away. Sunday River Breton Woods Cannon Mtn and Loon about 1 hr.

Summary: We had a wonderful week in Conway at this house. Firstly, the house was clean and cozy. The beds were all very comfortable with good quality bedding and the bathrooms had plush towels as well as soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the showers. The grounds were well-kept and there was ample lighting. There were plenty of water activities (canoe, kayak, paddleboards) and many life jackets to accompany them. What was the most striking to me is how full and user-friendly the kitchen was. We have stayed in several VRBO houses and have, in past, had to pack up everything from coffee filters, to sugar, to spices, and even ziplock bags and tupperware for leftovers :) We did the same this time but found ourselves greeted by a kitchen with many spices, a container of sugar, coffee filters and coffee grounds, many appliances (drip coffee, espresso machine, electric can opener, toaster, etc), and an unbelievable assortment of kitchen utensils and pots and pans...even aluminum foil and tupperware! All of it made meal prep for the family super easy. The owner, Rich, responded to emails extremely promptly and was really kind and easy to work with. We overall had a great time and the family is already asking when we could go back.

Summary: This home was perfect for our yearly trip up north with our extended family. There was more than enough room for the 9 of us and our doodle. The home was equipped with everything you can think of. We enjoyed ice skating and snowmobiling on the lake. There were snowmobile trails across the lake, but we didn’t have the opportunity to ride in the trails due to lack of snow. We roasted marshmallows in the fire pit, and plenty of wood was provided. We took advantage of the hot tub at night, and early in the morning before the kids woke up. This home is perfect for a winter or summer getaway. We look forward to the opportunity to stay here again.

Summary: Although we only had 2 nights this time around, this has been by far our favorite property! Large, clean, and with every amenity you could imagine. The owners/property managers supply everything you will need to just sit back and enjoy the beautiful home and lake views! We can’t wait to go back in the summer and take advantage of the lake!
