Positive: We loved our stay. Perfect living area for a family to hang out and enjoy quality time together. The rooms are comfortable. The kitchen is great and the views might be the best part. The lighting and windows everywhere was also a highlight for us. Would definitely recommend

Positive: The unit was exactly as pictured and clean. Really nice view out of the kitchen windows and the proximity to Sugarbush was great. One curious thing was the fireplace, its thermostatically controlled! Never encountered such a fireplace before, gas powered, yes, thermostatically controlled, no.
Negative: Did not like the insufficient maintenance done on the access driveway as it was barley sanded or salted at all. Our first rental car, which was not all wheel drive, had to be towed up the somewhat steep curved driveway by AAA on our first day at Snowside. We had to return that vehicle and get a 4 wheel drive one to avoid any additional such issues for the rest of our stay. There was a plumbing issue in that the kitchen sink faucet had to be replaced, but that replacement was completed before we actually moved in; Was given a $50 refund for the "inconvenience" which wasn't that inconvenient.
Summary: Actually, everything (except for the auto issue noted above) was very good.

Positive: It was comfortable,practical and had the most beautiful view!
Negative: The fireplace didn’t work and the staff was always „reaching out“, but the reality was,nothing was done about this special problem!! There was no description about anything,neither fireplace,heating and stove. No recommendations about where we could find a medical centre,where we could buy food etc. Not even about where to go and what to do about the beautiful surroundings in WAITSFIELD. That was a real pity.

Positive: when we arrived it was throughly clean the atmosphere was calm but the most important factor to the apartment was the view of the mountains
Negative: the road to get to the place was not great. the pathway to driving there was filled with rocks and it was raining so it was muddy
