On the coast of Provence: village house with garden (1000 square meters), swimming pool (9x4 meters), 60 sq meters terrace with pergola, A/C in 3 bedrooms. This house is ideally located, less than 100m away from the sandy beach of Portissol, and less than 300m away from Sanary's port. Sea view from 2 bedrooms and from the pool, 5 bedrooms.
Shops, restaurants, beach and city centre are all waling distance from the house.
There is parking space for one car, other cars can park for free in the street.
2 hours of house keeping per week are included in the rent but the exit cleaning (200 euros) is not included and must be paid on arrival.
Linen (bedsheets and towels) can be provided for an additional charge of 20 euros per person, to be paid on arrival.

Summary: A beautiful home obviously well loved and cared for by its owner Juliette and her lovely housekeeper. We were welcomed with a bottle of Rose (nice touch) and immediately fell in love with both the house and the quaint town of Sanary-sur-Mer. Juliette provided a wealth of information and suggestions for our stay. My only disappointment is the time flew by so quickly in this beautiful location and home. I hope to return one day. Merci beaucoup Juliette!

Summary: Given the fact that this property is so well located in the heart of Sanary-sur-Mer, we never needed our car almost the whole time we stayed there. The house is a lovely example of the typical architecture found throughout the South of France, and the common living spaces were very comfortable, light and airy.

Summary: We loved the beautiful large lush garden and pool and the terrace was spacious and perfect for family meals with a great view of the garden. The house is so cute and in a wonderful location, just minutes from Portissol beach and a short walk to the port, filled with cafes and restaurants and shops. There is a great little market and a boulangerie as well as a pharmacy just a two minute walk away.The only drawback was the bathrooms were a bit awkward to use and the coffee maker has a leak. But we loved our stay

Summary: We were a group of six adults and four children. The location of the villa couldn't really be bettered as both beach and town are a short walk away. Most of our time was spent on the large terrace or in the lovely pool and the children also had fun playing in the beautiful Mediterranean garden. The photos do not really do justice to the charming house. And finally a word for our hostess Juliette, who was always available for advice, information and practical help right through from initial booking to our stay in Sanary. Un grand merci Juliette!

Summary: We (seven adults, three kids at the age of 3/4 and one baby) stayed at Juliette‘s house for a week in September. The house is very charming and the garden is beautiful. We liked it even better than in the photos. The pool is about 2 metres deep and just amazing, we went swimming three times a day. You can actually swim lanes if you like to! A bakery and an epicerie are really close by and the town center of Sanary it is about 15 walking minutes away. Sanary is really quite beautiful and there are many shops and restaurants. With the kids we went for dinner at the beach of Portissol (about 5 mins from the house) where we enjoyed a beautiful sunset. We are coming again next year. Thank you, Juliette. :-)

Summary: Charming house with nice garden and 4x10m Pool. Great to use with the family because it comes with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all nice and clean. We also liked the terrace pretty much!

Summary: What a fantastic house. Located minutes from Portissol Beach and a quick walk to the stunning harbour and markets. There are 3 bathrooms, beautiful swimming pool in peaceful gardens and a terrace that is sublime for the warm days and balmy evenings. Eight of us had a fabulous week of delicious food, wine sun and swimming.

Summary: The photos for this house don't even do it justice - it is beautiful. I stayed there with 5 friends and each couple practically had a floor to themselves. The kitchen, bedrooms, living spaces and especially the outdoor area were all fantastic. We spent so much time outdoors in the lovely patio area and by the pool. There is a lovely beach 2 minutes walk away and the town is only 5-10. This suited us hugely as we couldn't drive - the only problem there being that if you want to travel out of Sanary the train station is a good 30 mins walk away - but the taxis were pretty good (and they list all the local taxi numbers right outside the train station). The hosts were great, I spent a good 20-30 mins talking to them on the phone before booking and got a good impression. The cleaner was then welcoming when we arrived. Having a music system that could connect to your iPod was the kind of little touch that made the whole place relaxing and stress-free. I very highly recommend this property whether you are a group of friends or a family, we hope to go back some time.
