Everything you need and want for modern day conveniences synchronized with nostalgic feelings of the good ol' days when times were simpler and easier! This amazing abode from 1925 has been restored to its glory oozing with character and charm! SoCozyBlue is one of three, independent units without any shared interior spaces and an exclusive use front and back door ... The main structure is a duplex built originally to function as duplex which is how it's still used to this day almost 100 years later. Notice from the leading photo that there are two front doors with one being slightly hidden and adjacent to the diamond shaped glass windows. This is the downstairs residence all at ground level that you'll be relaxing in. There is another residence directly above you with an identical floorplan; however, notice their exclusive use front door is on the far left. It is not possible to get from one residence to the other without going outside to make entry from the exterior. Summary: My husband and I spent a long weekend at So Cozy. The house is even PRETTIER in person. The location is better than we thought it would be and the home was more spacious and luxurious than I expected! We will be returning often to visit our son and I hope to book this property every time! Thank you for sharing your lovely home. It was more than I hoped it would be! We Cannot wait to return!

Summary: If you love old houses this is the place for you! The hardwood floors, the woodwork, the black & white kitchen floor, it was all stunning. The bed was amazingly comfortable and I spent a ton of time in the cozy sunroom!! I was very impressed with the cleanliness too!The owners were great to communicate with. I highly recommend this location!

Summary: What an adorable unit! My friends and I stayed here this weekend for a race. It is a must stay! The decor was so cheerful and inviting, all set up beautifully for Christmas! The unit itself was wonderful, very comfortable and had all the things we needed for our weekend. Stan, our host, was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. He really paid attention to the details of the unit. Thank you for everything! Will definitely save this place for any future trips to the Dallas area! On a funny side note, ourselves and the guests of the other 2 units on site all happened to be in town for the same event. Thought that was a neat coincidence. 😁

Summary: My son and I stayed for a few days for a long weekend getaway and this home was absolutely perfect! The house was near a grocery store and all the activities we came to Dallas to see as well as in a great neighborhood. Immaculate home, beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and so spacious. The host is very responsive. Although, everything was so well stocked we didn't need to contact them other than to ask if we could drop off luggage early. I highly recommend this home and will definitely be back and hope to stay here again.

Summary: We stayed 3 nights for a girls retreat. The property is even more lovely than the pictures show. Nice area of town, felt safe. The property is very well stocked, and has everything you could need. Beds very comfortable. It rained on one of our days and we got to enjoy the coziness of the property as we had dinner delivered and stayed in and played games. Stan, the owner, is a very nice gentleman whom we enjoyed several conversations with. He takes a lot of pride in the property, and it shows. We will definitely return if in the area.

Summary: My husband and I are frequent travelers and have stayed at numerous rentals. I hate to admit it but I hold very high standards for the places we choose to stay. I’m quite picky! This place DID NOT disappoint at all! I couldn’t find a single reason not to choose this home to stay at next time we are in Dallas. Everything about it was perfect and it had everything we needed plus some! The owner is a gem to work with too!

Summary: Came in for long weekend with my mom and kids. Great location for getting all over Dallas. Felt very safe. Beds were nice and comfortable which is a plus for me. Apartment was very clean and well appointed with coffee/tea bar, well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Owner was easy to get a hold of. Great weekend.
