Summary: We were very happy with our home. It was very easy to reserve, check in and communicate with our property manager. We especially enjoyed the location as it is close to restaurants, shopping and downtown. And the TV’s in every room!

Summary: This is a wonderful large house, centrally located and close enough to so many great restaurants, shopping, west side and downtown. The home was super clean, and the cleaning lady is such a lovely person, we were 13 minutes late getting our belongings packed out of the house and she was ready to start and very polite with out tardiness. Great living room space! Wonderful hot tub!!! The large grill! Yard space for kids and a quiet, peaceful neighborhood for the kids to ride bike around, three bike included!! Plenty of towels, cooking pots, pans, random supplies. Fantastic place that the family enjoyed!

Summary: The house was great. The only 2 items for real feedback would be make sure the listings states that the home is a duplex and also leave instructions for surround sound.

Summary: The property was great for what we needed. Our family came together from 3 different states and it was a great location. Loved the very well stocked kitchen. Really enjoyed the hot tub. Not often that my wife, myself and our 2 adult children can spend time together. The bourbon we brought made it perfect. Messaged Frederick a couple of times with questions during our stay and he always responded within a few minutes. Great Property host!

Summary: We stayed at this property during a recent visit to Bend to celebrate my Dad’s 90th birthday in Redmond. This is an excellent property for your next trip to Bend. It is conveniently located with easy access to everything. Communication with Fred was very helpful and he responded to all of our questions promptly. The property was spotless when we arrived and is very spacious and comfortable with a very well-equipped kitchen. My only additional comment I would add for pet owners planning to stay here is that in the listing photos, the back yard kind of appears to be fenced, but is not. Minor inconvenience, but definitely not a reason to pass on this great place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will keep this place on our list for our next trip to Bend. Thanks, Fred!!
