Summary: The pictures don’t do this place justice! Everything about the stay was amazing. We were constantly checked on to see if we needed anything, the place was amazing, had plenty of room for our party of 9 people. Would definitely stay here again!!

Summary: Everything at the house was really great. 2 bits of advice for anyone staying here, #1 the location of outlets is a little strange, so bring like a power strip with you to make life easier for a group and #2 if your car is low profile, be careful on the driveway. The top of it can scrape your car's underside if you come in or out at too much of an angle. No problems, just an FYI. 😁

Summary: Despite what the first reviewer said, this property was great! The host texted me 12 hours before check-in with the code. Checked in to see how things were going and the place was spotless when we checked in. NO, there aren't bugs on the couches. The reviewer had likely never been to texas before, because the mosquitos and other OUTDOOR bugs like to bite you there. Seriously, the location was amazing. The yard was huge. There were plenty of rooms, beds and couches for everyone to sleep on. I couldn't have asked for much for our stay. 10000% would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Summary: Good thing this house is spacious and is in a good location, otherwise it would be getting 1 star. We would have just canceled. The owner was out of town when we checked in and didn’t provide any check in instructions online and their phone was going to voicemail. I let them know that my group would be there at 5 (well after check in time) and we ended up sitting outside the house until we finally got a text back. I understand that you can’t be available at all times, but the code could have easily been sent sooner or been included in check in instructions. The host also didn’t know when we were checking out and sent a cleaning crew while we were still there. The house is definitely old and we had some issues with cleanliness. The tiles in the upstairs bathroom were cracked and there must be mildew underneath because it reeked of urine. The shower also wouldn’t properly drain. We had a total of 9 guests in a house for 10 and were only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper. The hosts finally replied and said they would pay for us to go buy some, but with how terrible the communication was we didn’t bother. I think that the couches downstairs all need a good clean because after sitting on them we had small bites on our legs. The bedrooms were a good size and had all the things we needed, but the beds are very old and worn. They had lumpy sides and you would sink to the middle. The price was super reasonable, so I can’t be too mad because you get what you pay for - but I would definitely not return or recommend it to anyone I know.
