Enjoy a great vacation to the mountains with the whole family, especially the kids! Located about a 10 minute drive south of the town of Grand Lake, this wonderful 2-story condo unit has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can sleep 10! Upon ground level entry, the bottom floor hosts a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook meals. The spacious family room offers a gas fireplace, and large flat screen smart TV. Just off the dining room includes a great little deck with gas grill and beautiful views of the mountains! Down the hall on the first floor is a queen bedroom and full bathroom with a shower! Up the spiral stair case to the right is a smaller bedroom with 2 twin beds a little desk area great for studying or working remote! Along the upstairs hallway you'll find another spacious queen bedroom, full bathroom with large tub, and the largest bedroom that includes a bunk bed with a full on the bottom, and twin trundle! This room is great for the kids to get together as it is stocked a large variety of games, puzzles, and a Wii system! There's no better place that your kids will enjoy a home away from home!

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival date for stays of 6 nights or less will incur a $50 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations of reservations of 7 nights or more, prior to 30 days before your arrival date incur a $200 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival date the entire amount is non-refundable for all reservations.
Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
