Positive: We had a wonderful stay in Beaupré. We were able to relax in a house that was fully equipped. The house is beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. The location is ideal, allowing us to visit both Quebec City and Baie-Sainte-Catharine for a whale-watching tour. Contact with the owner went smoothly, and we were able to check out later, which was very convenient!
Negative: Two incidents are making it a nine instead of a ten. Three weeks before arrival, we were required to provide our credit card information. We assumed the amount would be debited upon arrival, as we had opted to pay during our stay. However, the full amount was debited immediately after providing our credit card information, without our approval. Another issue is that we were informed before arrival that if the air conditioning malfunctioned due to improper use, the CAD 1,000 deposit would be withheld without prior notice. Upon arrival, it turned out that they, probably the cleaning team, hadn't adhered to the proper use of the air conditioning (it was set to 7 degrees Celsius). Who then determines how a defect occurred? This felt very uncomfortable and unsafe to us. We reported this immediately and, just to be safe, also took photos of any damage the house already had upon arrival.

Positive: Clean and comfortable property. Ease of access to property through door code was good experience. Pool table was an amazing attraction for kids and adults equally.
Negative: Sofas Villas can provide better amenities which are considered basic - like, coffee pods, teas, electric kettle, sugar, clean hot tub, some boardgames/croquet set. I strongly recommend Sofas Villas change their payment charge policy to 2-3 days in advance from check-in date, as that's how they charge. However, while booking they mention "Pay at Property".
Summary: Sofas Villas are new and in pristine condition but basic amenities can be better.

Positive: Beautiful home. Very comfortable beds, lots of space for everyone. Kitchen had everything needed. Loved that there was plenty of dish soap, laundry detergent etc which was convenient. Big comfy couches and large table. Nothing to possibly complain about.
Negative: No complaints.
Summary: Awesome home. East drive to MSA. Convenient access to stores and local restaurant. Great week skiing

Positive: Here’s a well-written review in English for the chalet: We had an amazing stay at this beautifully designed and modern chalet. The place is very new, with a minimalist yet stylish decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed, including a complete set of tableware and wine glasses. The spa lounge was a wonderful addition, providing a relaxing massage experience, and our kids especially loved the pool table. We came here for skiing, and the chalet’s location was perfect—just 2-3 km from the ski slopes. The view of the snow-capped mountains from the window was absolutely breathtaking. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable ski trip, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay. Highly recommended!
Negative: We forgot bring coffee powder and didn’t know there is espresso machine.
Summary: Amazing place to stay with families or friends.

Positive: Really great house and 4 min drive to hill. Beautiful space, large island, fireplace and hot tub. Perfect for 2 families to share.
Negative: Had some difficulty with combination for key pad. Wrong Civic address given and therefore wrong code. Sorted out within 20 minutes. A few items missing- a kettle and a broom/dustpan to sweep. Minor issues.
Summary: Beautiful, fabulous house for families to share. Perfect location to ski Mont Sainte Anne. Thank you
