Negative: I was ready to give this hotel a full 10/10 because everything about my stay was excellent — from the room comfort to the service. Unfortunately, my experience was soured at checkout when I was charged an extra $14 for an almond can from the minibar that already had its seal broken when I checked in. I never opened or consumed it, but the staff insisted on charging me anyway. It’s very disappointing, because small details like this really affect the overall impression. A hotel of this standard should double-check minibar items before a guest’s arrival and not make the guest pay for something they did not use. Without this issue, my rating would have been perfect

Positive: The facilities and the beach and garden were amazing , the staff were very friendly location perfect
Negative: The air conditioning in the hotel breaks down suddenly, leaving the room hot, and sometimes it works, even in the villa, but it gets stuffy with the humidity. I been offered a different type of a room I started one night then I been reallocated with upgrade suite and it was just perfect 👌

Positive: Looks like it’s a new property so very clean and the design of the entire resort/hotel is well thought out and beautiful.
Negative: The service was not good at all in most areas like pool, restaurants and housekeeping. Pool personnel helped who they felt like helping and I had to ask for towels multiple times while others got theirs. Housekeeping never sent us the requested toothbrushes we asked for 5 times. Finally found housekeeping person in hallway to give them to us. They never bothered changing the floor towels even thought they were all visibly dirty. Restaurant for breakfast had terrible and slow service. They never replaced items when they ran out. We were told we were accidentally charged for a young toddler on day one but it wasn’t worth the argument to have it returned.
Summary: We loved the resort but the staff need training and service needs to be a lot better and faster.
