Summary: This is my favorite hotel in LA. Excellent top line service, good restaurant, up to date rooms and atmosphere. Perfect location to access Bev Hills. WEHO, Hollywood. Value for dollar is excellent.

Summary: The hotel is under renovation. Everything is boarded up and you can’t escape it. It would have been nice to know about it before the trip. My daughter left her favorite toy behind and the hotel couldn’t care less to retrieve it. After three phone calls they still didn’t call us back. Housekeeping took it and didn’t hand it in. Be aware!!!

Summary: The hotel is under renovation on the ground floor which make guests uncomfortable with the air pollution and very dusty. The construction haven’t protected the environment and guests.

Summary: We had to be moved from our first room because the AC unit was not working properly. We had to call engineering multiple times to check out the room which was at 78 degrees. It was very stuffy and uncomfortable in the room. We got moved to a second room on a lower floor but it did not look like toiletries were replaced. Check-in service was great, the lady was lovely but after that the experience was not pleasurable, which is upsetting because I was really talking up the hotel before arriving to be completely let down.
