Summary: Very well maintained room and facilities. Service was top notched. Excellent breakfast. Love the location, right in the middle of shops and Ferg burger. Highly recommended!

Summary: Phenomenal location! The staff are lovely and helpful. We’ve stayed here several times over the years. The overall quality of the hotel has gone down. You can see the wear and tear. The beds need to be replaced. They dipped in the centre. It has become more of a family place. Expect a lot of kids.

Summary: My wife and I loved our stay at Sofitel Queenstown. The staff were amazing, very welcoming and efficient. Our room was spacious, very Comfortable and well appointed. It is located perfectly, just a two minute stroll to the absolute centre of Queenstown. I would absolutely recommend Sofitel Queenstown and will definitely stay there again on my visit.

Summary: The Property was very accomodating and rooms were nice. The Staff was super friendly. The major issue was lack of available and working WIFI. It was impossible for me to work from my hotel room.

Summary: Fabulous location and great sized rooms. Staff are amazing and the breakfast is fantastic. The only down fall of this hotel is it’s a bit tired and rooms need a re furb.
