Positive: – We stayed only one night. We arrived late and left early, just needed a place to sleep. – The place is very quiet and private, perfect if you want to relax. – There is air conditioning, a small stove, a fridge – very useful. – There is also a toilet, which was not clear from the listing. – There is a pool with sunbeds, and a nice BBQ area. – Parking was easy and close to the house. – Overall, it’s a very pleasant and peaceful place.
Negative: – It was not easy to get the keys – they were hidden under some lamp. – We didn’t meet the host, only talked on the phone. His English was not very good, so communication was a bit hard. – There were many big ants around. – The water pressure was very low. – In summer, it might get very hot inside.

Positive: Location is peaceful. The outside seating area was nice with lovely views from the accommodation across the hills.
Negative: We arrived thinking we were staying in Sofros To Apomero, with a private pool and had planned on a relaxing couple of days before our friends arrived and we moved to a different location. However on arrival, we were quickly informed we were actually staying quite a way further up the hill in another property (the two bedroom - with a different name to what was on our booking confirmation). Although we were told we could still access the pool if we wished, the walk down to and up from the pool was quite difficult in sandals and the heat given the steep incline and off road terrain. The direct connection of the pool to the other apartment made us feel a bit uneasy about using it and intruding on any guests staying there. The accommodation we were actually staying in had a hot tub, which appeared to have been damaged previously and was very difficult to use - even the host struggled to demonstrate when showing us around. We were also told by the host not to leave it plugged in for too long, as it was a fire risk - so in the end we didn’t end up using it after the first attempt. The interior of the house was fine - the bed was comfortable, however one of the sofas was broken meaning it was virtually impossible to sit comfortably on it and we struggled to get consistent hot water throughout our stay. There were minimal basics provided at the accommodation (e.g. olive oil, salt/pepper), which given its distance from shops and our short stay was a bit inconvenient for cooking. The accommodation was fine, but just a reminder to double check exactly what it is you’re booking. Looking back I am slightly dubious of previous reviews having now stayed in the apartment.
Summary: Okay, but not what we were expecting.

Positive: it was very quiet with . it was very comfortable and at the same time in a Christmas mood, easy access to the car park. there were all the amenities

Positive: property has no option to book with a breakfast as far it is entire house, located in a quiet place and there were nobody around us, a lot of personal towels, so we use it and in the shower and after jacuzzi, amazing place for BBQ, it is visible that owner doing everything in the house well and that he still in his proccess to finish property to make it more comfy
Negative: too much soft mattress((( no AC in the living room, it was very-very hot cause the roof is thing, could be provided kitchen roll or more than 1 towel at the kitchen, and a bit more equipment for cooking, fan outside was not working, WIFI connected but it was no internet, very-very low speed
