Positive: Price and location proximity to the sites I wanted to see were the main reason for my stay here. It is definitely a hotel for solo travelers. Room and bathroom were tiny, it feels like a cruise ship room or even smaller but it was great that you could at least store luggage under the bed. Great for a couple nights if you're on a budget and want to explore Asakusa area, walking distance from Senso-ji, Nakamise Shopping Street and not too far from Kappabashi kitchen town.
Negative: Staff were not friendly or helpful at all. Facilities were very basic.
Summary: Stay here if your solo traveler on a budget

Positive: Location is great, about 11 mins walk from Asakusa Station, 8 mins walk from Sensiji Temple. Hotel is tucked away in a quieter area of Asakusa.
Negative: The room are incredibly small compare to other hotels in Tokyo, it was hard to move around for 2 petite person. Book if you are a solo traveller. Amenities are shared, fridge and microwave are shared with the others in the common area. Rooms are not soundproof, so if you are planning to stay here please be considerate of your neighbours. We can hear conversations that our neighbour had.

Positive: The room I stayed in was small, but considering the price and the fact that it’s Tokyo, it wasn't that bad., it was clean, and the bed was large enough for a comfortable stay. There was an electric kettle, although the outlet was too far from the small table and closer to the bed, which made it impossible to use. Still, I was able to enjoy my evening tea thanks to the hot water dispenser and tea bags available at the reception. The location of the hotel is very convenient, within walking distance of Sensō-ji Temple and Asakusa Station.

Positive: Liked the vibe! Staff was super friendly and cooperative: I landed late at night at Haneda airport and it took me over an hour to reach the property and they left me my keys at the reception.
Negative: The rooms are very small… can barely fit your medium sized luggage in it, let alone two

Positive: The place was decent, but it was like a hostel. The shared common area had a well equipped kitchen, although we didn't use it. Having (coined) laundry available was convenient.
Negative: Although we had the larger room for 4 people, it was quite small. The desk was very flimsy and fell apart easily. So no real desk to use. The subways were quite far. Not usually a problem for me, except the walk under extremely hot weather was unpleasant and draining. The kitchen/lounge area was right outside our door. So you can hear the noise easily.
