Positive: I loved how helpful staff were. Towels were changed regularly and the appartment was spotless. Amazing location. Also we felt very safe. A lovely friendly place. Great couch and tele. Great bed. All was great! Very good value.

Negative: Nothing. Maybe a toaster and an extra blanket would he handy. Otherwise everything was perfect.
