Negative: It could do with a new toilet seat and some of the paths a broken with loose chunks of concrete buried in the sand which I hurt my foot on but in all fairness I should have been more vigilant

Positive: The location is quiet and peaceful, food is good value. This is the best location on the island for the sunset.
Negative: Rooms were dirty, our room was sold as a beach bungalow, it was an apartment, well away from the beach with limited views of the water. The sand flies are next level. While I understand insects in the tropics, currently the management are preparing for more development by removing sand dunes, this disturbance of the ground is creating massive issues with sand flies. Covering up and spraying didn't help, weeks afterwards we are still covered in welts.

Positive: Peaceful, private clean beach.yhere end oct.a few couples .I had beach to myself sometimes. I could eat there, food was good, great choices for breakfast also . The manager Long was polite and helpful.
Negative: Not much I didn't like.the beauty and peace of location the peace and quiet the closeness to warm clean sea surpasses any comments on what I didn't like. Nearest village 40min walk ,along the beach. Hotel for lunch and a shop to buy small items ,ice-cream. It's a stunning location. No shops, no loud music . .

Positive: Soksan Natura Beach Resort is a hidden gem. Secluded in nature on the white sand beaches of Soksan Beach. A very private, quiet and peaceful oasis. Brother Long, his brother, cousin and uncle do a fantastic job making sure you feel at home. I always felt cared for and loved by the entire family. The food was outstanding every time, made straight from the soul with plenty of love. I slept so well here and had plenty of swims in the calm turquoise blue waters just steps away from my room. I highly recommend staying here upon your arrival to Koh Rong. You will be very pleased. Thank you everyone. Cheers.

Positive: Sok San is a very long beach and not a bay so for an Aussie, the waves in the wet season don’t worry me. A poor swimmer would complain. We basically booked out most of the rooms. We had a cooker and Khmer buddies that love to cook. Very simple facilities and no wifi in bedrooms but have in restaurant. No people besides us ❤️❤️❤️. Well a few but not many. Almost private beach. The $5 per person PassApp to villages is criminal (I live here and know prices). Don’t argue. Even fluent Khmer didn’t help. Love Sok San. The place is really made for Khmer as in restaurant has little to offer and only beer. Just wear bug spray. I look like a red and white Leppard but from village restaurant. Oh so good. They booked us a sort of tie with seats that held all 11 of us. Don’t know price. Yes I would go back with a group but maybe not on my own.
Negative: No wifi in rooms because I have to work when work wants me and too much wind in restaurant. Cellcard works. Smart doesn’t.
