Positive: The apartment is located in a lovely residential complex, right next to a beautiful island. The proximity to Gdańsk is another big plus. Having two parking spaces was convenient for us. The apartment is spacious, cozy, and nicely furnished — everything looked just like in the photos. The view from the apartment is simply breathtaking. The host was very friendly and quick to respond whenever we had a question. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay.
Negative: Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment was not at the highest level, and we noticed quite a few issues in this regard. The water in the jacuzzi wasn’t very clean, and for some reason, the jacuzzi wouldn’t heat above 34 degrees. There was no non-stick mat for the grill, which would have made using it much easier, and to make matters worse, the gas ran out halfway through the grilling process. The host responded fairly quickly, but unfortunately wasn’t able to resolve the problem. Also, two out of four hygiene product bottles in the shower were broken. We received different locker codes via SMS and in the Booking.com messages, which caused a bit of trouble when trying to enter.
Summary: The apartment is nice, but we would appreciate if the cleaning was done more thoroughly.

Positive: the location was perfect, it was quiet but everything was available within short walking distance. The apartment was luxurious and very clean.
Negative: there was not much, however the kitchen area is a bit small as well as the fridge. for two families staying it was ok, but could have been a bit bigger to have more equipment for cooking.
Summary: Perfect luxurious waterside holiday.

Positive: the apartment is very good, the place is big, clean and beautiful. Even better than the photos. 10/10
Negative: The apartment access procedure was a not ok as we could not enter: 1. They asked for an additional deposit and didn't send a link. 2. Extremely difficult to reach people on the phone. 3. Once instructions were received, the code to enter the building was wrong . 4. The support service was unable to help . 5. We stayed outside the building for hours with the children. 6. Finally, around midnight, some neighbors arrived and helped us. They had the same problem as us. 7. We had to leave a window open to enter the building for the next few days: it's problematic from a safety point of view. 8. Telephone assistance: 0. Simply not supporting. Once again, the apartment itself is absolutely brilliant, everything is perfect, but the logistics are a nightmare.
