Positive: Margarida gave thorough instructions prior to arrival and allowed us to check in early and check out late which was very much appreciated. The heaters in each room were also very appreciated!

Negative: Be aware that taxis can’t find this place—it is back from the road; tell them number 15 *on the right* (there is a number sign for 15; 16 and 18 are further up the street in the left), instead of number 17.

Positive: Beautiful flat with plenty of room for family of 5. Bathrooms were large and clean. Laundry room with washer and dryer was convenient. Location allows for walking most places and easy access to public transport. Good proximity to restaurants as well.

Negative: An additional kitchen chair for dining would be great and a larger couch for lounging would be nice.

Positive: I appreciate the information via email before the arrival, the possibility of parking nearby, the kindness of the host and the location of the house. In addition, it was great to find in the kitchen all we needed and the amazing views from every window. The pictures faithfully show the house.

Negative: Nothing. To say something the house is a bit old inside.

Positive: The place is located in a great place (near the University and the Botanical Garden and Praca de Republica on which there are a of pubs, restaurants and summer gardens). The apartment itself has an amazing, "old" character with old furniture and design. The manager was more than helpful: she was responding immediately to all our questions through Whatsapp.
