Positive: There isn’t a single bad thing about this hotel. Staff is amazing and friendly, hotel is beautiful and very well situated and it is very very clean. You even get free snacks and drinks at reception every single day and even in your room. We loved staying here and we’d definitely like to stay again.

Positive: We loved our little apartment that meant we could cope with complex dietary needs (clever tiny kitchen arrangement), yet still enjoy the peaceful areas nearby (the wisteria garden was beautiful) or the buzz of Asakusa, easily accessed on the subway. We also very much enjoyed the rooftop terrace after long days of being out and about. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you want a quieter spot with good little supermarkets nearby.

Positive: The staff were lovely and made our stay - we appreciated the thoughtful gift and the umbrellas for the rain! The room was comfortable, more spacious than we expected and had great amenities. The washing machine and dryer in the bathroom were super helpful. We loved the rooftop as well, great place to hang out and an awesome view of the Sky tree.

Positive: Clean and close to train. I loved that before our stay, we got an email asking for our heights so that they could accommodate kimonos for us to use during our stay. So nice! I also enjoyed the rooftop in the evening.

Negative: Small and cramped. Front desk staff was aloof and not willing to help with bags or getting a taxi. I was surprised because our friends who also stayed there got the royal treatment and they checked out a day before us. I'm guessing we experienced different people at the front desk.

Summary: Overall, I would recommend Sola. It was clean and very close to dining and transportation.

Positive: The staff were very friendly, it was super close to Tokyo Skytree and Oshiage station. The room was very comfortable and even had a small kitchenette! The rooftop area was lovely and I'm so glad they had a washing machine and drying rack onsite.

Negative: Nothing much. Everything was as expected from the description and then some!

Positive: The neighborhood is quiet and easy to access. The hotel is decorated with good taste and quality. The room we had was tiny but very cozy, elegant and nice. Shower room that can be converted into a drying cabinet was something that we did not expect- great!

Negative: Some place for luggage would have made the room even more functional, as we had quite a lot of stuff with us.
