This spacious 4 bed 3 bath home is situated in the great resort community of Solana off Highway 27 in Davenport. Guests have the security of a guarded entry 24/7 and full access to all the Clubhouse facilities. The home has two sitting areas and a formal dining area. The large square kitchen is fully equipped. It has loads of cupboard space, work surfaces, and a breakfast table. The open plan allows the person cooking to chat with the rest of the family while they relax watching TV in the living area.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the bathroom leading off it has a garden tub and walk-in shower. There is also another master with a queen size bed and private bathroom. The home's final two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. One room has a queen sleigh bed. The other has 2 singles. The home also has its own washer and dryer in the garage where you can do the laundry while the younger members of the family have a game of ping pong.
There is also the home's own beautiful private pool with an integrated spa. Here the children can enjoy swimming and playing in the water while you relax on a lounger or sip a cool drink at the poolside table. All of these features make this a great spot for a family vacation with room enough for 2 small families to share.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the Solana house. The interior is similar condition to other rental houses we've stayed in. It shows its wear but was clean and tidy. Plan on bringing a few hand towels if you'll be doing dishes. Everything else was adequate for our stay. We didn't use the house pool since we only had a couple opportunities to swim and we didn't pay for pool heat. The community pool and other accommodations were very nice. Overall a nice community and I would stay there again.

Summary: Was pretty much as advertised although the house most definitely shows some wear and tear lost cable saturday eve wasnt on upon checkout on sunday june 23 at 9:30am jacuzzis jets were not efficient was more like just a small pool no real bubbling action which the house next same setup the water was bubbling very well beds very comfortable nice neighborhood also an eye on the stove wasnt working great location would stay again despite the minor inconveniences
