Located across the road from the waterfront, this executive duplex oozes style, sophistication and quality! Wifi, Air Con, views, outdoor entertaining space and only minutes from Bannisters Resort, Soldiers Point Marina and Wanda Shops. Enjoy a relaxing holiday away from the maddening crowds.
From the moment you arrive at the enormous garage with cedar auto door and enough room for the boat and car, you'll realise this is going to be a luxury holiday. Ducted air conditioning, water views from the lounge room and huge entertaining deck.
The 3 large bedrooms have queen size beds with linen provided; the master with ensuite and its own courtyard. Every bedroom has its own TV.
Downstairs also has been newly renovated with a luxurious king bed and adult rated bunks. There is also a new bathroom and a rumpus area to relax.
If you love to cook, you will be thrilled with the stunning, fully equipped kitchen with Smeg appliances and the elaborate outdoor bbq.
If you can tear yourself away from the house, Bannisters Resort is only a 2 minute drive away and drive 3 minutes for a quick swim at Wanda Beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful house in a great location. Walking distance to Bannisters & bowling club. Very clean with all the utensils, plates etc you would need . I advised the agent that wine glasses and champagne glasses were needed though. The balcony area is fantastic. We were a group of three couples and my friends requested we get a place with air conditioning which this property has. However you aren’t allowed to use the air conditioning between 10 pm & 7 am. We had a few hot nights so my fellow guests didn’t sleep so well. Agent was very helpful and efficient.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A fantastic property close to all that the area has to offer. When we saw the photos of the property, we were blown away. There was a little hesitation as sometimes the photos are not a true reflection of the quality. Nothing could be further from the truth with this one! The family loved it!! Our daughter even said "you have set the standard now dad!".The team at Bay Holidays were great. Good communication along the way and even rang like they said they would on the day we arrived to make sure that everything was good.Only negative comment is that we couldn't get the dishwasher to work. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quality residence in a great location.

Large bedrooms, lounge and outdoor area meant that everyone had a place to chill out.It has everything you need.

Summary: Check in process was very easy. The property is great for a group of friends wanting to escape. We put the paddle board in just across the road and it’s walking distance to Bannisters, the pub and the bowling club. All in all, a very easy holiday!
