Positive: The Location was excellent. The Value was best around. When I had a need, they are a phone call away and someone came promptly and helped with issue. ( thermostat ). And, it was remodeled lovely for a very old home. Well done. Thankful for a washer and dryer.
Negative: It needs a couple more blankets. The thin comforter on the bed was the only blanket. The shower liner needed replaced. Mildew marks/spots on it. A motion light above the laundry entrance door. Felt unsafe. It was scary and hard to see the lock in the dark. And , maybe a large linoleum mat, 7’x 7’ ish, in front of the washer and dryer. Would be easy to keep clean. And, it would help with laundry if accidentally gets dropped and help stay clean. A small card table there would help also.
Summary: A Lovely Place and Price for a Couple or Three.

Positive: Location was great. Climate controls were easy to operate and the bed was very comfortable. Check in and check out COULD NOT HAVE BEEN EASIER. I also appreciated the texts & emails prior to check in that provided driving instructions and access codes for the unit.
Negative: There was a Keurig but no coffee/tea pods. It would be ideal to offer a few pods as no renter is going to want to go to the store and buy a 24 pack of pods for just a couple of days. A couple more towels would be preferred. Bathroom lighting needs improvement. It's difficult to get ready for fancy/formal events with the dim lighting above the sink. The driveway needs grass cut. Wet grass was always brushing my pant leg as I got into/out of my vehicle (not ideal with a suit).
