Positive: Beautiful apartment with all the amenities, from a coffee maker to a washer machine, it definitely exceeded our expectations. The location can’t get any better, just around the train and bus station. Plenty of restaurants and night life around, within walking distance. The staff speaks English and are very knowledgeable of the area, and how to get around, Fabian and Lisa were very nice. The icing to the cake are the hot tubs upstairs, wonderful view and very enjoyable with a glass of Prosecco.

Positive: Beautiful apartment (No. 8.1) for 2-4 people, tastefully furnished. Bed linen, washing up liquid, coffee, plenty of towels, hairdryer, microwave, fridge, freezer, hob and even oven available. Large terrace with city view. It is about 2 minutes' walk to the main train station, which has a direct connection to the airport (36 or 60 minutes). In the immediate area there are several simple restaurants, or fast food, and ice cream. Accessibility to sights is good - you can approach by train, bus, or tram (tram stop right in front of the house), walking about 15-20 minutes.
Negative: The dining table is large and comfortable, but with only 2 chairs, even though we were 4 people in the apartment (due to lack of space, the other chairs did not fit). We ate outside on the terrace. The kids slept on the sofa in the living room - having to squeeze through the narrow aisle between the sofa and the table. Sufficient for 2 adults and 2 smaller children, perfectly comfortable for 2 people. The only problem - no hot water upon arrival!!! The boiler was out of electricity. Every time we plugged it into the socket, the fuses fell, the air conditioning went off. We had to take a shower at our friends' apartment. Based on our complaint, the next evening the water was heated, but we had to unplug the boiler again because it was blowing fuses. We couldn't reheat the water, so on the third day only lukewarm and then cold water was available again. Luckily we were only in the apartment for 3 nights, if we had stayed longer I would have insisted on a room change.

Positive: The apartment is confortable, clean and was well prepared before our arrival. The solarium is really nice too at the rooftop.
Negative: The parking available was already full so we needed to find a park place in the street. That was not specified in the description.
