Positive: Place is in central Misano, close to eateries, beach, little local stores and markets, and close to Marco Simoncelli track (for Motogp - 35 minute easy walk). Breakfast was great. Enjoyed the pool, and use of laundry facilities. Has parking. Room is good size, with air-conditioning and safe. Bed firm but not uncomfortable. We had a small balcony which was nice to sit out on in evening. Property also has its own bar with indoor and outdoor seating which we also made use of. The hosts were beyond amazing. Nothing was a problem and they were so helpful (printed out GP tickets as we couldnt) and had lots of helpful information. We loved our stay here and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Positive: Fantastic location. Despite being a stones throw away from everything, you felt tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Misano. At night, this was definitely appreciated as it is a very busy (and loud) place. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, cafes, perfect location for families! The staff were superb, extremely helpful and accommodating. And all tried their best speaking English. The owner was also extremely pleasant and welcoming. Super clean. Even our cleaner was such a lovely lady and my little girl (who’s nearly 3) loved seeing her each day. She couldn’t be more accommodating, and checked we had everything we needed in the way of spare towels etc. Food was excellent. Plenty of choice. We were originally only booked for breakfast but they were happy to accommodate us for lunch and dinner on occasion. Pool and facilities were great. But bring your own towels! Luckily the hotel accommodated us for this as a one off but it isn’t something they would normally do. So thank you! Also love that they are dog friendly. Wish we could bring our dog from the UK!
Negative: Our room and balcony (room 307) was a lot smaller than I was hoping for, and felt a squeeze with a travel cot (which was kindly provided - thank you). But it wasn’t a big deal. My parents joined us for a few days and were delighted with their room and balcony for space (room 101). If I had to list a few other things I would change it would be: - another key for the room (only given 1 between us) - a softer mattress (it was extremely hard) - the shower could do with being updated. The doors and seals at the bottom were quite worn out and I nearly flooded the bathroom on several occasions. - the air con seems to be on a sensor when a door is open, which is understandable for the main door or the balcony. But this also applied to the bathroom door, so when trying to cool down the bathroom, it wasn’t possible as the door had to stay shut in order for the air con to come on at all in the room. - we had an very loud family above us who seemed to enjoy dragged furniture about. We would never complain as it comes with being in a hotel especially with children, but the walls are very thin, so if you are near a very loud family, you’ll know about it!
Summary: 100% recommend. Super friendly family hotel. We can’t wait to stay with you again!
