ONLY ADULTS FROM 14 YEARS OLD, It is located in the Serra de Tramuntana (declared World Heritage Site) It has privileged views, with centenary olive trees and terraces, 4 km from Inca, 1 km from the center of Selva, 25 km away from the beaches of Alcudia and Muro, 4 kilometers from Inca hospital, near restaurants

Summary: Ideal location for hiking & climbing in the serra de tramuntana. The house is rustic, but has everything you need. Also the garden and both terraces are ideal to relax, drink and eat outside!

Summary: This old, traditional house was indeed a quiet place and we enjoyed a relaxing stay. The pool was certainly appreciated when we were hot after our walks in the countryside (unfortunately our walks were mainly along the rural roads as there we found no footpaths to access higher into the mountains from the house - although we did find footpaths from Caimari). The views across to the mountains are beautiful and there is plenty of outdoor seating areas to admire the views, lounge, watch the weather and enjoy home cooked food from the local shops. Manuel and Blanca kindly gave us a lift from Selva and tips of places to explore as well as leaving us gifts of delicious figs from their trees and practical information too. We were however surprised at the end of our stay that we had toursist tax of 2 Euros per person per night. If this was stated in the property information then we missed it and perhaps it needs to made more obvious.
