Summary: Wow! It was super clean and convenient with the kitchen, washing/drying machine and the dishwasher. We could have stayed there for a long time! It was quiet, beautiful and bright.

Summary: The staff was very helpful and nice. Everything was very clean. The pillows were a bit high for me so I requested a flatter one which they brought up to me right away. The staff really made the hotel for me.

Summary: Good communication, easy check in, walkable to Langford restaurants. Even though it was on a main road, well soundproofed with blackout blinds!

Summary: Great sized apartment. Good location. Clean. Pillows weren’t comfortable but the mattress was. All apartment necessities provided and free parking that fit a F150. Would stay again :)

Summary: There was a party on a Monday night that continued until 3am in the morning !!!! It should have been dealt with. Police attended twice and eviction never happened. Management needs to be more involved in this situation next time !!!

Summary: Super, super. The best room/suite ever. The staf was fantastic. The room excellent. It was clean and perfect. You had everything that you needed, even a dish washer! Stay there if you can. The beds super. Everything, great.

Summary: Was there for a quick overnight for a conference. The room was spacious and comfortable. Easy to get around with a walker. Nice to have the kitchen space. Would be great for a bit of a longer stay with in suite laundry.
