Positive: The apartment is cozy, felt like home. There’s everything you need for a short or a long stay. Location is perfect! Freedom Square, grocery shops, bars and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away from the apartment. WiFi connection was also very good. Thank you so much! I’ll gladly stay here again when I come back to Tbilisi :)

Positive: I opted for a 9 rather than an 8, on the basis that there are several things that could be improved very easily to justify a score of 9, but many appear to have been neglected for a while. First of all, the good things, and there are plenty of these. The location is fantastic, just 10 minutes stroll to Freedom Square and literally minutes away from several excellent bars and restaurants. The owner communicated well before our arrival and it was very easy to find the keys and let ourselves in. The apartment is spacious and the bed is very comfortable, as is the settee. The WiFi, once we had the password, worked perfectly for us, and the AC was good. There was an iron and an ironing board and a good washing machine, but the apartment lacked washing up liquid and a cloth to dry your dishes once washed. The corners of the walls are protected by plastic, but some have fallen off and not been replaced, whilst one in the kitchen just needs glue to secure it back to the wall. The bathroom appears to have been upgraded recently and is nice, but the hand-held shower head has seen better days. I won't go on, but there are several other things which would be very simple to resolve / repair / replace and which would make a significant difference to the 'feel' of the apartment. Overall, though, we honestly enjoyed our stay, and would encourage others to visit as the positives very much exceed the negatives.

Negative: Whilst the WiFi worked very well, there was no note of the password, which I think is a big oversight, especially for people newly arrived in the country and yet to buy a local SIM. Also, the light outside the front door didn't work, so you are in darkness when you return at night.

Positive: Meals was not included in the package. The location is great very accessible.I am very much grateful for the Thai Restaurant which is just few meters away from the apartment.

Summary: I would say that our overall stay was great, places to visit are very much accessible.

Positive: The location is great! Everything is a walking distance. The apartment has everything you need. The host is awesome, we had a long trip and arrived at 2 a.m. and the host met us without being angry or grumpy, he even gave us a bottle of wine, thank you!

Negative: It’s probably a bit expensive, but prices have changed a lot recently everywhere in the world, so it’s alright I guess
