Positive: Beautiful grounds, friendly and helpful staff.
Negative: We didn’t think it lived up to a 5 star hotel when compared to other places we have stayed. The rooms were quite basic. It’s a touch noisy from the main road too. Curtains broken in the room. The rooms aren’t soundproof so you hear people next door and also someone kept moving around furniture very early each morning. The sunbeds around the pool were stained. The vibe around the pool could have been improved with better music, and it would have been nice to have food at the pool.

Positive: Stunning property- amazing pool with ample sun beds and cabanas. Lovely room with terrace. Staff were extremely courteous, helpful and polite. Exquisite food- eggs Benedict in the morning was outstanding!
Negative: Just a suggestion- perhaps some anti mosquito measures for outside dining.

Positive: Son Juli was stunning! Most central location in Mallorca. The rooms are decorated beautifully. From the moment we got there Elena was so attentive and gave us some fantastic recommendations to make the best of our time in Mallorca. We got to see Cuevas del Drach and visit the small town of Santanyí. Then to return to Son Juli and get the best night sleep.
