Positive: We arrived at this hotel after a long day on the GR221 trail and were very tired. We were received by the very friendly staff and shown to our huge room. The after we realised this was an upgrade from the booked room, so we got lucky. Very clean, friendly staff and a good breakfast. We enjoy the more personal hotels, and this one really feels like it.

Positive: This is a small family-run hotel close to the centre of Pollensa. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, and I loved staying there. For me it was a great base for daily cycling trips around north and east Mallorca - the cycle storage facilities are really good, as are the breakfasts!
