3000 sf Toll Brothers Model home located in a private gated community. This quiet private gated community offers walking paths throughout as well as access to marked paths in the desert only minutes away by foot from our home. The tranquil setting at the base of the Sonoran Mountains makes you feel like you are away from it all when in fact you are only minutes from everything. 5min from the I-17, less then 10min to the 101 loop, 15-20min to Spring Training, 20min to NHL hockey and NFL football. 25 min to Sky Harbor Airport. We offer our home to groups up to four people with king beds and upgraded linens. The great room has a cozy fireplace to snuggle up to with a glass of wine, a good book and wet bar. The family room is equipped with a 56' Plasma television and in-wall surround sound system and satellite cable. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with commercial gas cook top, Viking in-wall oven, microwave, garburator, dishwasher Viking refrigerator with filtered water and everything you need to entertain. The covered patio also offers in ceiling sound with volume control to listen to music as you grill on the built in bbq island, enjoy a drink from the drop in ice chest at the sit up bar or relax on the stairs of the pool with waterfall feature. The backyard is private and quiet and offers an inground spa, seating area to enjoy the mountain views, humming birds and the peaceful tranquility of the Sonoran Foothills. The home offers a large master retreat with 42' plasma satellite television. The huge walk in ensuite offers granite counters, his and her drop in sinks, a huge walk in snail glass block shower, oversized jetted tub with views of the mountains behind and in ceiling audio. There are also two additional bedrooms with queen beds each with their own access to a jack and Jill bathroom with his and her drop in sinks and custom walk in shower. The home has soft water, front load washer and dryer with detergent and ironing board. We take great pride in offering our guests a luxurious comfortable interior with fine linens, extra pillows, thick comfortable duvets, closet organizers, leather furniture, beautiful artwork, audio/visual systems, thick beach and bath towels, floaties for the pool, natural gas grill and the list goes on. Our home is perfect for a romantic getaway, girls shopping trip, guys golf trip with more than 50 golf courses within a 30minute drive or sports trip including NFL football, NHL, NASCAR or Barret Jackson weekend as we are only 5minutes from the I-17. Desert Ridge and City North is 15minutes away. Upscale shopping and dining in Kierland Scottsdale is only 15-20minutes away. Lake Pleasant is only 15minutes away and offers a beautiful marina, the Waterfront Grill and boating. We do have security cameras in the front and back yard that view the front door, driveway, patio and entire backyard including pool and spa for security purposes. The Shops at Norterra are less than 10 minutes away and offer movie theatres, PF Changs, groceries, WalMart, Paradise Bakery (one of my favourites) banking, and much more.

Summary: From the moment we booked this house, I knew it was the right choice! Steve went out of his way to make us feel welcome and excited about our stay! The house was gorgeous and clean with all the amenities our family needed! Lots of beach towels, shampoo, soap, kitchen utensils, etc.! Beds were great and all of the furnishings were top notch! The backyard was perfect for eating dinner, swimming, and relaxing in the hot tub! Steve was a great host and we just loved our stay! Thanks for making our spring break so wonderful!

Summary: Steve has a great host and was available by phone or text for any questions. The house is clean and very comfortable and in excellent condition. We loved the location and even though being close to Phoenix, we could look out on the foothills and go for a hike from the house. Highly recommend!

Summary: Perfect home for a couples getaway! The 4 of us loved the layout and pool. The women especially loved the kitchen and fantastic pots/pans. The home is located where it was easy to get to Barritt-Jackson, restaurants, grocery store, & area attractions.

Summary: Property was nice, with updated kitchen and living room. The master bathroom vanity was showing its age but otherwise it was a nice place. Only complaint was the noisy dogs barking at certain times of the day, but never late in the evening to disrupt sleep.

Summary: Great property, worked very well for our family. The property is away from Phoenix or Scottsdale area but we has the feel of a retreat. Mi or issue with hot tub (but you would expect small things with any property). I would have no hesitation to stay here for a future visit.
