Summary: The unit was as described. Very well kept and clean throughout. The parking, however, was an issue for a non-Minneapolis native. The ramp that is under the building is extremely over priced and I felt that the partnership with the ramp/building was poor on this front. There are better options very near the location that would suit most people better. I parked in the ramp for check in, not realizing that the "validation" tickets that Sonder was to provide were worthless for shorter term parking. There is no "in-and out" privilege, so you have to pay for each period of time from re-entry. It was $7 for the first hour. I left for dinner and returned to the same ramp (hoping Sonder would provide a replacement ticket for the overnight, and then I would move the vehicle to a more economical ramp). They were slow to respond, very unhelpful, and I ended up going over the 1 hour, which triggered a $20 charge for the 1-2 hour time frame. I am partly to blame of course, but I feel like the listing should explicitly direct parking elsewhere if they cannot arrange a more favorable partnership with the building/ramp for their short term guests. I was directed to the parking company for a credit. Nice unit, not so nice service and communication, parking aside.
