Summary: Very clean apartment. Free coffee in the lobby was an addes treat. Just 20 mins to mall of American and lots of other amenities. Parking was really confusing and hard to navigate.

Summary: Walking distance to lakes restaurants shopping. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Loved the rooftop patio but didn't know how to get there because the website had wrong info. Parking was difficult. We ended up Parking in the garage right next door but no in and out privileges. Decent price though.

Summary: This unit is in a modern (2017) building that is very clean and well-maintained. The Sonder staff responded promptly, if not always satisfactorily, to our requests. The location, in the Uptown area, is very convenient to stores and restaurants, though the neighborhood has deteriorated (several boarded up stores) since the George Floyd murder and the subsequent violence in Minneapolis. Major issues: --we had difficulty using the keypad to enter the building, which works only sporadically and then very slowly. The unit comes with one key fob, but when we asked for a second one, we were told we could only have one (even though two of us were staying there coming and going at different times). Have you ever stayed at a hotel where they don't provide you with as many keys as you need?! --the room is advertised as "cozy." "Tiny" would be another description. There's barely enough room on either side of the king size bed to walk around it. --the mattress is very deep and comfortable, but unfortunately, the fitted sheet doesn't fit it and keeps coming undone --the kitchenette includes a coffee maker, but when we arrived there was no coffee. (Sonder did send this over fairly promptly after we asked). Overall, not horrible, but not what we were expecting. I think we wouldn't stay here again.

Summary: This space was exactly what we needed (myself, husband and two daughters: ages 5 and 8). Perfect size, location and amenities. We loved the pool (noone else used it the whole time we were staying) and the fact it was so close to target. Girls wanted pancakes one day so we slept in and made some :-). Will definitely stay again!

Summary: The property was very nicely furnished. It was in a great location with lots of shopping and restaurants. The problems were the floors were not very clean and the microwave didn’t work. We also had trouble getting the television to connect with our phone.

Summary: Perfect location for Loppet winter festival events. Roof top outdoor hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. Rental apartment came with access to onsite fitness room and huge hospitality room with pool table, tv, pinball machines. Master bed was extra firm. The kitchen was well equipped.
