Summary: Just a few problems with the unit we stayed in being loud rattling AC that did not even make the apartment cold. Bed was hard as a rock mixed with very hot apartment made it hard to sleep. Parking and navigating the building was also very inconvenient at first. Otherwise building was very clean, loved the amenities (gym, pool, patio space). Loved having dishes, dishwasher, washer/dryer and having hot water

Summary: Apartment was very comfortable. Some stains on carpeting and balcony was not clean, but there is a great deal Of construction outside that is likely contributing to this. And unfortunately there is a neighbor that smokes a great deal of marijuana that comes directly into the vents of this space. Overall though, Sonder is doing a great job.

Summary: Very affordable and in a cool part of town, very easy to get around. The hotel is located in the same building as apartments so it was confusing upon arrival. The superintendent of the apartments was not very helpful when i asked for more information. Check in was very late and i had to wait in the lobby for several hours, it was too complicated to arrange for my bags to be stored. The hotel room itself was immaculate, I appreciated the hot shower, complimentary soaps, plenty of towels and nice queen bed.

Summary: Property was in a good location, accessible to all parts of town. Underground parking was convenient. There was a lot of noise at night, would recommend ear plugs to light sleepers.

Summary: It felt safe to stay here. Have to use a code to enter the building and another to use the elevator. Lobby, hallways and elevator are very clean. The room itself was very cute and cozy.

Summary: It was a great 3 week stay for us. Complete kitchen equipment, washing machine and dryer in the room are very special, the bed and sofa are very comfortable, providing extra comfort so that we feel like we are living at home. The Sonder team is also very responsive via the Sonder apps. Hopefully it can be maintained. However, I need to note a few things: 1. One day we were surprised and frightened by a man who knocked on the door and insisted on coming in to carry out an inspection! (according to him "inspection"... and after a few moments of argument, he said that he wanted to check the coffee machine and wanted to install something to the machine)... of course we refused him to enter the room because there was no prior information from the Sonder and we feel that he does not have clear identification as an authorized Sonder officer... 2. The hotel lobby and room we stayed in seemed clean, modern and comfortable but right in front of the hotel entrance it was a bit dirty, the floor was covered with a sticky drying liquid, sometimes there was rubbish strewn around... 3. No free parking facility for customers.
