Summary: I stayed with a group of friends. Location was excellent. Sonder makes it very easy. It was so nice to have a little kitchen instead of just a hotel room. We don't party much anymore, but had a blast staying up late, chatting in the living room. Comfortable beds. Nice linens. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Wonderful location in the heart of Georgetown. Very comfortable beds and good layout for our young family. The place was not as clean as I was expecting.

Summary: Stayed here to be close to Georgetown for daughters class. Location is great and so is communication with Sonder. Issues were that the bathroom didn't look cleaned and checked in and shared it looked like someone dyed their hair in shower / hair still on walls of shower. They said they would have someone come out but that didn't happen. Very bare bones rental... no frying pan just two sauce pans as an example. ZERO drawers or shelves for clothes. While we were there one of the two shelfs fell.

Summary: Great location - walkable to great restaurants and about 20 min walk to Gtown Univ campus. We were in town for graduation and had everything we needed. Very comfy beds. Communication with local managerial staff could have been better as smoke alarm beeping due to low battery, which they said someone would replace but didn’t happen, so had to dismantle during our stay. Other than that minor issue - was great stay!

Summary: Customer Service was great the first night when we requested sheets and bedding that were missing for the pull-out sofa. The next call to customer service was because the outlet in the master bathroom never worked and then the lights stopped working as well. They did not fix it during our stay. The location is good. I wish it were closer to Foggy Bottom Train Station but it was within doable walking distance. Georgetown is AWESOME! The kitchen supplies were limited. It felt more like a hotel than a VRBO but without the daily cleaning service. The check-out was great because they take out the garbage and remove the linens. We also saw several ants in the unit. The walls are thin so they provide sound machines but I could hear the next door renters as if they were in our bedroom. The kitchen was too small for the size of our group. We would not come here again but I think it is a good deal for the location.
