Positive: The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We talked with the night manager and she moved us to another room (see what we didn't like) as the loft room on the top floor was very loud. Very happy with the staff to find us another room that was quiet and we could sleep. The main part of the hotel was nice and quiet. Food at the restaurant was very good as was the service.
Negative: When we arrived the entrance was under construction and it was a challenge to park and check in. We were upgraded to a loft, room 5508 which was in the older building that the hotel is expanding into. The room was very nice with the exception that it was very loud and the floor was vibrating. Something on the roof of the building or some other mechanical motor was loud and causing the floor to vibrate. Could not sleep at all in this room.
Summary: Will be a great place to stay once the construction is completed

Positive: We had a very nice room (suite in the loft building) with plenty of space. The food in the restaurant was excellent.
Negative: The room was so,so car regardless of how high we turned the thermostat. If was 65 degrees the entire weekend. Also there were several mystery spots on the wall above the bed where there had been a liquid that ran down the wall.
Summary: Overall our stay was very good and we would choose to stay there again.

Positive: Location and facility and corner room. Lounge area and restaurant/bar exceptional food but average staff. Ignored and had to go to bar for silverware and food and drink order. TWICE….
Negative: No room cleaning between days. Left room at 9 am and didn’t return until 7 and nothing was done in room. No new towels even. NOICE 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Summary: Great hotel. STAFFING (outside of check-in staff) SUCKED. Need trained on why and who pays their checks- THE CUSTOMER.
