Summary: It was a decent Hotel. On a 6 night, 7 day stay we had our room cleaned once. We asked the front desk three different mornings to please clean, replace towels, empty trash, the basics. Never saw the cleaning people after day 1. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work. They did send maintenance for tnis relatively quick. Bugs under the kitchen sink and guest bathroom floor. Would definitely not stay again if near Dulles. Gave 3 stars for the decent wifi and breakfasts in the morning.

Summary: The hotel was very welcoming, we did a very late check in and they were very accommodating. The only problem was one of our bathrooms wasn’t flushing and they said they would tell maintenance and no one did, we left to the city and when we returned no maintenance. Our toilet was still not working. So we basically spent a whole day with a non working toilet since the person on front didn’t put in the order.

Summary: Here are some things I liked about the 2 bedroom suite: -size -layout-- two bedroom/two bathrooms -blackout curtains -free breakfast available -linens seemed clean Here are some things that need work: -strange fruity/ maybe mildewy smell when entering. Maybe due to the old carpet. - AC did not turn on appropriately - one of the bathroom sinks did not drain correctly - one of the bathroom toilets ran a bit unless you jiggled the handle -the vents in the bathrooms looked dusty, old, and gross -the toilets have not been replaced and seem very dated, but it looks like they have replaced other appliances and the bathroom sinks -the water temperature did not get hot (and this was at 6:30am on a Sunday, so it is doubtful that many people were showering at once... more likely that they just have the water heater temp set to not be able to get hot) -the doors of one of the bedrooms did not close fully -the couch had a food stain and so did one of the throw pillows. We did not eat in the room- we arrived late and left early. We were only there to sleep, shower, and then be on our way.

Summary: Room was spacious and comfortable and it’s in a good location. The only negatives are that the breakfast needs more options and the power went out for a few hours in the middle of the night .
