Negative: Pool was super dirty and I kept having to ask to be let in because it was locked. Breakfast food kept running out a hour before breakfast was over. Had to go get key recoded because it didn’t work on doors. Could be nice if clean and rooms were cleaned more. No told me trash needed to be set outside door if I wanted it taken out or if I wanted new towels there was no info for anything. Tv also didn’t have cable like it said

Negative: It was too far out, we wished we’d stayed closer to The Stockyards area. Driving on the roads in and out of FW were hair-raising and I’m sure we’ll be getting a big charge for the tolls!

Negative: Upon arrival during check-in, the Rep was going to charge my card for $800 more than what I agree to pay on booking.com. He had to go back into the system and make adjustment for the pricing to align to my reservation receipt. For me that was a red flag. The hallways lighting is dark and the elevator smell horrible. They need good air fresher in the suites.
